.**Personal-Laddi graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Music Education.   She also attended the University of Kansas where she represented the University as the “Baby Jayhawk” mascot. While in college she was a member of various musical groups at both KSU and KU including the KU marching band.  She is a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority.  Laddi is married and has three sons. 

 **Community Involvement- Laddi and her husband both enjoy being involved in the community.  She is active in her church, and has served as the choir director. She is also a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority, PEO, Bas Bleu, sport’s booster clubs, Dodge City Chamber of Commerce, and is a board member of the Carnegie Center for the Arts.

 **Relocation Assistance- Laddi has extensive experience working with corporate relocation companies, helping people coordinate their move.  She enjoys not only helping people find the right house, but is also enthusiastic about giving newcomers a tour of Dodge City, and showing them all the great things Dodge City has to offer as their new hometown.

 **Sellers- As a designated Seller's agent Laddi will help guide you through the process of selling your home.  She can help you prepare your house for the market by advising you on the steps to help your house show its best to "Dress Your House for Success". She will take care of all the marketing details through to the successful closing of the sale.  Not ready to sell right now?  No problem!  Laddi will help you decide what needs to be done to prepare for the day you are ready.

 **Buyers- As a designated Buyer's agent Laddi is able to work for the buyer in an advisory capacity to help locate the home that fits the buyer’s needs.  She will help guide you through the steps of finding the right mortgage, the right home, and help take care of all the details leading to owning your new home.
